Laptop password problem

Hi, I just bought a computer from a friend and unfortunately it has the following message:
This computer system, #JRM4MC2 is protected by a password authentication system. You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password. Please type the system or administration password.
Latitude 7350
I dont want to access the information. I just want to use the computer for what I purchased it for.
If someone can help me I would be very appreciative. Thankyou.
