hi
stuck cursor... try using an external mouse, after you have changed the BIOS setting to use a PS2 mouse external, im sure there is a setting for it.

Stuck Mouse on a laptop, usually the palm rest has failed and needs replacing, if its the nipple mouse type found in the middle of the keyboard, a new keyboard would be the better option.

Could be something as simple as the Synaptics touchpad driver... Are there any flags on the items in your Device Manager? Look also at other drivers which have been released on the Toshiba site... Download an install all... worth the time it takes.
