Laptop won’t turn on period

I have an HP Pavillion dv4250us. I can’t seem to get it to turn on. I don’t think there is any power going to it at all.

Try removing battery & unplugging it, then press the power on button for 15-30 seconds, plug the power cord in to see if it works. No guarantee.
