A few days ago I plugged my 2 terrabyte USB Harddrive (USED for picture & video storage only) into my Acer laptop to find some pictures & it (USB harddrive) froze up almost immediatly. I ended up shutting laptop down which took over 20 minutes, started it back up, repeated trying to find pics, froze up, shut down took 20 plus minutes. Ended up doing a system restore,successful. Laptop is fully updated. USB harddrive works fine on my HP laptop & HP Desktop. Any thoughts, suggestions? Battery in Acer laptop was fully charged.
