Lenovo ThinkPad laptop " We Can't Find Your Camera

Clicking start> camera I get a message We can't find your camera. If you need it, here's the error code 0x0A00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>
below that it says Learn how, click it & it goes here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13753/windows-10-can-not-find-or-start-the-camera
Nothing shows bad in device manager & I have tried almost everything in the above link.

Well, in the past 24 plus hours, I've reset it, uninstalled it & rebooted a few times to no avail. I don't absolutely NEED it working, but it would be nice.

Funny thing is, I plugged in my USB camera & it works great , hmmm something is odd
