Loading Error With GTA San Andreas

I have downloaded the game from the internet as a .rar file, and have transferred it to a PC (desktop) that is without internet. It installed fine but when i click on gta_sa.exe to make it start it goes through the eax, nvidia and 'paulpbaker.com presents' credits and reaches the GTA San Andread screen but then crashes to the desktop. (I have tried it on this Laptop and it works.) Anyone got any ideas what is wrong? - PLEASE HELP

Its may be a hardware issue. Can you tell me more about the PC you transferred it to? The specs.
