Computer is running slow. Also my cursor seems to have a mind of its own. it will high lite a page that I am reading or if when playing a game and the char is standing idle, he will move on his own. Thank you for looking. Sean

Rerun both MBAM and SAS to confirm no more found we want clean logs.

Then...

Download SDFix to Desktop.

http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe

On Desktop run SDdFix It will run (install) then close.

Then reboot into Safe Mode

As the computer starts up, tap the F8 key several times.

On the Boot menu Choose Safe Mode.

Click thu all the prompts to get to desktop.

At Desktop
My Computer C: drive. Double-click to open.

Look for a folder called SD Fix. Double-click to enter SD Fix.

Double-click to RunThis.bat. Type Y to begin.

SD Fix does its job.

When prompted hit the enter key to restart the computer

Your computer will reboot.

On normal restart the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then say Finished,
Hit the Enter key to end the script and load your desktop icons.

Once the desktop is up, the SDFix report will open on screen and also be saved to the SDFix folder as Report.txt.
Attach the Report.txt file to your next post.

Download ComboFix

NOTE: If you have had ComboFix more than a few days old delete and re-download.

Get it here: https://www.techspot.com/downloads/5587-combofix.html
Or here: http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe

Double click combofix.exe follow the prompts.

Install Recovery Console if connected to the Internet!

When finished, it will open a log.
Attach the log and a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: Do not click combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall.

Mike

I reran both MBAM and SAS then ran SD fix. but when I try to install combofix i get an error msg that says I can't rename combofix and doesn't give me any options other than to x out of the window. I will attach these 3 files in case you need them. Thank you, Sean

We definitely need a Combofix run and log.

Do this..

Remove ComboFix
Start-Run
type
combofix /u
Hit enter or click OK.

Then re-download a new Combofix but do not run.

Boot to Safe mode Networking and do the below.

Left Drag mouse and Copy for Pasting all text in the box below. Make sure the slider bar goes to bottom from the @ to the end of the second exit.

Then paste to the black screen of an open command prompt. All may not apply so ignore errors.

Code:
@echo off
cd\

exit
exit

This should run and exit!

It is a coverall and you may see a few errors related to it addressing something you do not need. This is normal ignore.

Now while still in Safe mode networking run Combofix again. Attach log before rebooting to normal.

Mike

Bro, when I try to delete old combo fix it says file not found. When I try to upload combo fix it says i cant change name.....?????

Do the Drag mouse pasting operation.

Reboot then try the Combofix uninstall reinstall!

Mike

Mike, once I reboot how do I find that code? I cant get internet access in safe mode to bring this page up. Should I copy and paste it into ''notebook'' so I can find it once in safe mode? Also , once in safe mode where is this black command prompt? Does it open on its own or do I have to open something?

Excuse my ignorance, Computers aren't my forte.

Thanks, Sean

Yes you can and that would be OK!

But in SafeMode "Networking" you do have Internet access!

Mike

 ok I see how to get internet in safe mode.
I copy and pasted into command prompt, it did its thing. Then I tried to run combofix and still says file not found.

When I try to DL combofix I keep getting the same error msg.

''you cannot rename combofix as combofix[1]''
''Please use another name, preferbaly (*their mispelling) made of alphanumerical characters''

Start-Run
type
Combofix /u
Enter or ok

If that fails delete the Comboxfix you have and then do the download.

Mike

Thats just it... I don't have combofix on my computer. When I try to delete it, I get a msg that says cannot find combofix and when I try to DL it I get a msg that says I cant rename it. I'm baffled.

Ok what about the initial problem. Is that still happening?
Computer is running slow. Also my cursor seems to have a mind of its own
As we have fixed other things with MBAM and SAS

Mike

OK

Run CCleaner from 8 Steps again twice or more on Cleanup temps, then on left click Registry then Scan for issues also repeat till clean.

Run ATF-Cleaner http://majorgeeks.com/ATF_Cleaner_d4949.html Temp and Registry, repeatedly until no more found.

KCleaner ftp://ftp2.kcsoftwares.com/kcsoftwa/files/kcleaner.exe
Fantastic cleaner.

Then..

To look deeply at you system:

Download RSIT
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

Run it, when finished it will open a log Maximized on the screen, copy/paste the contents of this log back here then close that log.

Then the 2nd log is Minimized so Max it and post it also to a separate post.
The logs will contain a HighJackThis log also.
