Looking for image viewer that have "sorting by modified date"

Hi !
I am looking for the image viewer that have "sorting by modified date"
I am using Win 10.
Win 10 have default photo viewer program, however it doesn't have "sorting by modified date" options.

I tried "IrfanView", however there is a problem with window size and zoom-in.

For window size, I can view the photo in the middle position but I want to stay custom size windows just like the Winodws 7 image viewer.

For zoom-in, I want to use the "Magnifying Glass" when I click the image to make big.
If I remove my click position, the photo become normal size.
But I am not sure if there is software.

Try Picasa 3 - - it has sort by: creation, changes, size, and name plus a modifier of reverse

I want to know following:

I don't want to share the photo from computer to handphone or vice-versa or internet: Is Google disable sharing options ?
Or do I have to disable it ?

Is there other program that doesn't have sharing ?

Picasa 3 is standalone on your PC and unless you take explicit efforts to SHARE or create a shared website, nothing leaves your system
