Looking for new mainboard, processor and memory

Hi, im finally going to upgrade my system in July and was wondering if anyone can suggest a new mainboard, CPU and memory. My budget is £150 for my mainboard, £230 for a new CPU and £100 for memory. I am leaning toward the Intel Core I7-2600 socket LGA1155 for my CPU choice. Anyone got any suggestions on what motherboard and memory would go good with my CPU choice?

OP: I'd go for the unlocked K version CPU, even if you don't plan on overclocking. The resale value on those are much better than their locked counterparts.

Not meaning to be pedantic, but you probably meant 'multiply', not 'divide', by 1.63 to convert from pounds to USD
