Major virus problem

I need help, please. My computer has contracted some bad mumbo jumbo. I can't open a single thing except Firefox. I mean, not a single thing. Won't let me open any of my anti-virus software, malware bytes, not even any of the window programs that have nothing to do with security. I have tried running through your 8 steps, but when I try to run any of the programs it says the file is infected. Every file is infected that I try to run, including new ones that I try to download. Also, it will randomly open the internet explorer on it's own with some variously selected porn site. Please help!!!

Please do this:

• Make sure to use Internet Explorer for this
• Please go to VirSCAN.org FREE on-line scan service
• Copy and paste the following file path into the "Suspicious files to scan" box on the top of the page:
  • c:\windows\system32\userinit.exe
• Click on the Upload button
• If a pop-up appears saying the file has been scanned already, please select the ReScan button.
• Once the Scan is completed, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button. This will copy the link of the report into the Clipboard.
• Paste the contents of the Clipboard in your next reply.

Also scan these,

C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe
