Mal/EncPk-IF how to get rid of?

what is Mal/EncPk-IF? how do i get rid of it? its been infecting my files and downloading this thing called "antivirus pro 2010"
idk how to get rid of it , can someone tell me how please

Ooh, this is an annoying one.
I never remember how I remove this one, but it always involves safemode and (typically) the trend micro scan. Boot into safemode (Start -> Run -> msconfig -> boot.ini tab -> check Safemode with Networking -> Apply -> Restart.

Then head to housecall.trendmicro.com and run their scan.
