Inactive Malware goes to system-restore.com asking for money to fix computer

I pasted an image from Google Images to Microsoft Word and then numerous pop-us warning me that the system's RAM was damaged. Some, but not all files were hidden. A System Restore window popped-up (not Microsoft's System Restore) and bagan a scan. The result was that I had to purchase the full version of system restore to fix the problem. The program referenced the website wwwdotsystem-restoredotcom. I did not purchase anything. Instead I ran numerous scans and while TrendMicro found nothing, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware found 71 objects, and removed all. I am worried that whatever infected me can track things like online banking. Any help is appreciated.
