Inactive Malware popup removal help

So I have Windows 10, and my Windows defender found a virus, and was able to take it out relatively quickly. the virus was called Trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.A!bit and I thought that would be the end of it.

I think now though there are some fragments left from this that cause this popup saying "there was a problem starting C:\ZuUL2vNqpiZuUL2vNqpi\3yv9.dll The specific module could not be found."

If I close the window, it just pops up again after a few minutes, if I leave it open, more and more pop up. I would like to know if there are any ways to work around this. Keep in mind I have run a Malwarebytes scan as well. Thank you for your time!
