Malware redirecting webpages, ran 8-step

My computer was infected with malware that redirected me to fake virus-protection sites no matter what browser I was using. I followed the 8-step removal process and have attached all three logs here.

Can you tell me if there is anything additional I should do to make sure my computer is free of the malware?
