Inactive Malware removal - DDS not running scan (Vista)

Hello,

I am getting messages that say " hard drive clusters are partly damaged" and "windows OS cant detect free hard drive space" so I was following your Malware and Virus cleaning process. I have gotten through almost all of the steps, and I am trying to run the DDS exe, but nothing seems to be happening... I am not sure how to "disable any script blocking protection". What should I do?

Please, observe following rules:

• Read all of my instructions very carefully. Your mistakes during cleaning process may have very serious consequences, like unbootable computer.
• If you're stuck, or you're not sure about certain step, always ask before doing anything else.
• Please refrain from running tools or applying updates other than those I suggest.
