Malware

Hi,
I have developed some sort of malware on my pc. I am running Vista. and have used a couple of anti spyware programs with differing results. The problem may be blocking these programs partially. Here is the hijackthis file that I have. Any feedback would be appreciated.

When I checked boxes on ccleaner, warnings appeared such as explorer.exe will have to be restarted. Is it necessary to check ALL except old prefetch data?

Can someone reply to my post on ccleaner as I don't know if the warnings are genuine or not?
