Solved Malwarebytes blocking outgoing connection

For the past hour Malwarebytes Pro has been blocking outgoing connections from Dropbox.exe and svhost.exe

Alarmed by this behavior I have decided to run a RogueKiller Scan and was puzzled to find it identified the Malwarebytes Service as infected.

I am attaching the RogueKiller logs here as soon as they become available, hoping for help in resolving this matter.
I currently classify this behavior as an infection, please help me out.
 
I seem to not have permission to post the scan results in here, so I have uploaded the txt report.

Please help me identify what is going on.

RogueKiller completed, I started a TDSS scan, the results can be found here: (Also the blocking behavior is continuing)

-- Again I cannot post the content directly so I uploaded a txt.

It seems both RogueKiller ad TDSS Killer did not identify a threat, yet the weird blocking behavior continues.

Thank you, I have updated the database and the blocking notification disappeared.
Are the log files I posted clean or is there still reason to be concerned?
