Malwarebytes: Spam or not??

I keep seeing this in Facebook

AFAIK, they've always offered free scans and software, albeit somewhat limited capability product, for personal use.

So, while this is likely not spam as such, I wouldn't follow any links provided on Facebook whatsoever. If you must, or feel the need for such a service, use the link I provided

It is an ad, but on Facebook, you do run the risk of the address being spoofed. But then again, I won't join, and avoid visiting Facebook altogether. Take all this FWIW.

As I said, it's an ad. As for all the services they're claiming to provide, you can rely on the fact they're not all included in the free version. The "Sponsored" in the header is a dead giveaway to that.
