Mass Image Converter

Does anyone know a good one that will convert hundreds of images from bmp to jpg at once? Ones without annoying trial stamps adding onto your images... Maybe even a Photoshop plugin @__@? I have Adobe Photoshop CS2

I have 400 BMP image files that need to be converted...

You don't need a plugin to do it in Photoshop - just create a batch job - you can probably find info about it in the help files.
