ALL my other anti virus/anto malware programs update definitions, what does this mean . View attachment 89548
This error message typically indicates that MBAR is unable to connect to the server that stores the update files.

There are a few possible reasons for this:

  • A temporary issue with the Malwarebytes server.
  • A problem with your internet connection.
  • Incorrect settings in MBAR.
Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:

  • Try updating MBAR again later.
  • Check your internet connection and make sure you are connected to the internet.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Try running MBAR as administrator.
  • If the problem persists, you can try reinstalling MBAR.
It's important to note that Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit (MBAR) is a beta tool that is no longer supported by Malwarebytes. While it may still be functional, it is recommended to use the latest version of Malwarebytes instead, which includes anti-rootkit technology. Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit (MBAR) should not be routinely used by home users without expert guidance.

I hope this helps!
