There are stickers or printed informations on some of the Motherboards' box- packing (e.g. Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming) stating "AMD RYZEN 3000 DESKTOP READY " and "AMD RYZEN 2000 DESKTOP READY "

What one has to consider while constructing the system with such a MoBo and the Ryzen CPU?

It simply means the motherboard supports Ryzen 2000 and 3000 series desktop CPUs. There's specific to consider here: just check the vendor's website for the motherboard model to see exactly what CPUs it does and doesn't support.
