Media Sharing will not turn on in Network and Internet settings

I have tried all the suggested solutions that I have researched on the internet to get my Media Sharing to turn on, but nothing seems to work to fix it even resetting it in the Windows Media Player doesn't do anything. I've been on Microsoft's forums and tried all the solutions they give to turn it on and still when I click the " Turn Media Sharing On" button I still get no response from it. Can anyone PLEASE Help with this issue that I am having????
Specs: MSI-Z97A Gaming Motherboard, Intel Core i5-4690K processor, 32Gbs DDR3-2400Mhz Ram, EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC GAMING, 04G-P4-6253-KR, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) GPU, Rosewill - 1200W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply, Deepcool - CAPTAIN 120 91.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler, Asus Blu-ray Writer, Windows 10 64bit OS. Windows 8 (and now 10) no longer comes with Windows Media Center by default. To get it, you can upgrade to Windows 8 Pro and purchase the Media Center Pack. And Windows 10 doesn’t have it at all.
