Memory Fan not detected

My client has a Dell PowerEdge 1600SC, running some services.
The computer is being updated automatically at night and therefore needs to reboot automatically.

Problem is that every time it reboots, I get this error at startup "Memory Fan not detected, strike F1 to continue". The former support guy in here, says that you cannot mount a fan on the memory, and he cannot find any options in the BIOS to disable to check.

Does anyone have any idea of how to disable the "F1 to continue" part?

There is likely a Bios setting for reporting 'memory fan' failure that can be disabled.

Thanks for the replies.
I think too that the best solution would be to upgrade the BIOS. The current version on the server is A06 and the newest one is A12.
So it needs updating anyway.
