Remote Desktop Services issues

As a Home user seldom uses/needs Remote Desktop Service, the simple and
effective defense is to disable RDS

login as Admin
run Services.msc
scroll to Windows Remote Management (WinRM)

• set startup to Disable
• 
  
• reboot.

This WinRM is used for Hyper-V so I advise not doing this if you use Hyper-V Remote connection.

Windows 10 Home does not support Hyper-V, so Win/10 users can disable RDS.

Unless you're hosting a server, RDS does not need 24/7 access, so I would disable RDS until I needed it :grin:
