Working on a system that's missing vgaoem.fon.

Also trying to perform a PC recovery by pressing F10, but not getting access to it.

I would like to load the vgaoem.fon file (that i have saved on my flash drive).

Suggestions will be AWESOME!!!

Have you simply tried copying the file to c:\windows\fonts, setting it hidden and rebooting? Obviously, you need unrestricted administrator access to be able to do all that, and when you do, you are likely to find vgaoem.fon is there already. The problem is something else ?

I'm sure you have discovered that the symptom has a number of causes as here http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=&product=89876&docname=c00188632
and mostly, it's not a good sign.

It would be helpful if you would report the OS and SP level, and the age of the PC involved. Your first aim would be to get access once more, for which you are going to need a bootable CD of some sort, such as an install CD (see the link supplied), or create a copy of UBCD4WIN which can include useful anti-malware if it turns out to be caused by malware.

If you have access to another 'standard' PC with the same HDD connector type (IDE or SATA etc), then the quickest and easiest way to get access is to extract the faulty HDD and plug it into the donor PC in place of a CD or DVD drive. YOu can then examine the faulty HDD at leisure with the ability to download and run whatever anti-malware software you may turn out to need - see https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/
