Hey i have a hp pavilion dv6748us and its xp. i need modem device on high defininton audio bus can any1 help?

That device is generally just for faxing (if that makes a difference).
It is normally installed as part of the audio driver. (is your sound working?)

Go to the hp website, click support, look up your model number and they'll give you all the driver downloads. Reinstall the audio
