Inactive MOM.exe bad image, BSOD, crash

Hey guys, new here, looking for some help. My laptop recently acquired some kind of virus that makes it, after starting and running for about five minutes, shows an error message titled "MOM.exe Bad Image" and shortly there after gives a variation of the BSOD (not the BSOD, it doesn't fill the whole screen) and then it reboots as if nothing happened. I know there are a few issues regarding the MOM.exe and the a few graphics cards but I haven't seen them ever cause the BSOD. Virus that mimics it? Maybe? Help would be nice, thought about restoring to default factory settings and whatever, but thought I'd check here first, thanks!

We'll do some malware scans, but Id like you to have a look here first:

If you get this far:

Please do not use any other scanning or cleaning programs other than those I am helping you with.
