Monitor problem

Hey i was chaning my screen reslotion, i choose a random resolution and pressed ok. then the screen has gone black and it says: Attention Cannot display this video mode, change computer dispay input to 1280x 1024@60Ghz. ANd i have no idea how to do it because when i restart the computer it says the same thing and i cannot acces my desktop and therefore i cant change the resolution? Is there any way to change it ?

My brain isn't thinking efficiently. There may be a better way but you can at least boot into safe mode and modify your display settings.

do you mean Boot menu?or Turn on safe menu when computer starts because that doesnt work.
