Inactive Mouse clicks by itself after reformatting (hijackthislog included)

I'm not sure exactly what could be causing this and would appreciate your expert advice. When I say the mouse clicks by itself I mean it uses every button from 1-5 in random order at random intervals. This is on a relatively fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate (~3 days). Thanks.

Did you try different mouse?

I haven't tried another mouse, however I didn't have this issue on my previous install of XP or Windows 7 (which I had to reformat after suffering several attacks leading to my primary HD dropping to 0 bytes and much harassment via video games by people I used to know due to a trojan I was late in identifying). It's very sporatic in nature and imo seems to be originating intentionally from an external source but since I fixed this line "O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{DB75547D-8B26-4991-A70B-88EA6BC59525}: NameServer = 216.254.141.2,64.68.200.200" in the HiJackThis log file it seems to have dwindled down slightly. Is there any way I could identify if my suspicions are correct? I'm currently running SP1 with Windows Firewall & Microsoft Security Essentials. I uploaded my latest SpyBot scan, it's reporting reoccurring instances of tracking registry entries which were also there prior to reinstalling.

Thanks for your time & consideration.
