Mouse, keyboard, and monitor no signal

Yesterday I let my computer auto hibernate. when I tried booting up my computer this morning, the monitor shows no signal. and the mouse's laser did not light up. I also noticed that the restart button on the case does not do anything anymore. the fans and LEDs in the desktop case seem to work just fine

I have tried resetting the CMOS battery, replaced it, hold down power button for 30s and rebooting, reseating my graphics card, cleaning the dust away but nothing seems to work.

please help
