I have recently encountered a nasty spyware/virus that has seemingly defeated me. I cannot log into any of my profiles while in normal mode or safe mode. This happened after i ran combo fic(see my earlier post popup/spyware virus)My earlier post was being addressed by someone very helpful, however the person helping me has been occupied.I am an online student so i need my computer soon, so I think the only solution is to wipe my computer clean.
I was wondering if there was anyway to save my files to a usb flashdrive while facing this problem. I plan to wipe my computer clean of all files. If anyone is educated on doing this, please help.
