MS Outlook 2003 freezing

We use MS Office Outlook 2003 as our email program. One of the clients keeps freezing when you try to click a second email. In task manager, a second instance of the program appears which makes both instances to be (not responding). I unchecked microsoft word as the email editor and that seemed to help for a few days but now it started again. Any suggestions?

Try performing an Office repair. Go into add/remove programs and click on Office. You should be presented with the repair option
