MS Outlook 2007. Windows Vista.
I receive a message preparing to send receive and nothing happens. I log off Outlook, restart the computer the Outlook works, but once I log off and go back I get the preparing to send receive message again. I restart and all work fine until I log off. All worked fine until two days ago. I have added nothing that I am aware of. Any ideas or suggestions?
