MS wireless keyboard key stuck

The up arrow key is what I'm trying to fix. I've removed all the screws from the back of it & trying to figure out how to get to the key in hopes it can be fixed. It does work, but gets stuck at times. Playing pac-man too much lol

Have you tried popping the key off? Or just a can of air and blowing it out.

No, I haven't tried popping it off fearing it might break it . No can of air handy

If you have all the screws out the keyboard should come apart. Take and gently pry the sides with a small screw driver.

I'll try that again, I did it once but too paranoid of breaking it.

You will get it slow and easy.

Its completely free around the edges, just where the keys are is difficult

That is the keyboard. To be continued tomorrow . It's a ms wireless keyboard 3000 v20 & I found out on another website there is no manual to show how to take the front thingy off

Sorry, I don't think wd40 would be good for a wireless KB.

Just use it sparingly around the problem key. It stands a better chance of working than if you try to pull the keyboard apart.

Ok, after looking at several videos

one of them, it appears that my up key is NOT stuck but made the way it is(At the 2;08 mark) . Perhaps I'm just using it too hard. I will re assemble my KB & hopefully will be more gentle on it. If that don't work, I'll try over.
