msimn.exe error

after closing down outlook express i intermittantly get this message

the instruction at "0x77f5215e" referanced memory at "0x00984b9c". thememory could not be "written"
click ok to terminate the program



any body ne ideas how i can get rid of this?

i have changed my memory and motherboard ,done a renistall of XP Pro changed H/Ds andstill it comes up
