MSServer and opnLebCR.dll

Hi, I'm new to the forums and was hoping someone could help me out with a problem I've been having recently. I'm running the 32-bit version of Vista and have been receiving the following message on startup:

"Error loading C:\Windows\system32\opnLebCR.dll
The specified module could not be found."

I've searched within system32 and, of course, the file does not exist. In Windows defender there are three startup programs which are listed under "Publisher not availalbe." One of these has opnLebCR.dll,#1 listed as the file name.

Within the system configuration utility one startup item is MSServer which I believe is an adware program (?) and its command is rundll32.exe C:\Windows\system32\opnLebCR.dll,#1.

I was hoping someone be able to tell me the correct way to get rid of this problem permanently.

My HijackThis logfile is in the next post.
