Multi system console??

Looking for one of those mini gaming systems, a pi like device, probably needs to be more powerful though like a nuc and preloaded with tons of games spanning NES to PS2. Any suggestions in the $400-600 range???

While emulation is perfectly legal in the major of countries, systems sold with games pre-installed are almost certainly going fall foul of licensing agreements and copyright laws, especially those claiming to offer games that were originally for Nintendo or Sony consoles. So on that basis, I'm afraid you'll need to resort to using Google and/or another website to find suggestions for this specific query.
