My asus pc has a problem

So I was trying to reset my pc and it got stuck on 5%,I closed my PC and reopen and it said there was a problem resetting your pc do u want to cancel so I clicked cancel.I tried to open my pc and it open and then it turned to black screen and it keeps repeating please help.

A language difference I guess you said "I closed my PC and reopen"... You meant "shutdown and restarted my PC" right. What does reset mean to you? Why are you wanting to reset this PC?

Cause I thought it was the PC problem but it was the wifi problem
