My computer won't turn on unless I have it unplugged for at least 10 hours before I can boot it up

I have not had a problem with this until now as I have started to have booting errors. If a boot error occurs I have to turn off my PC. When it's turned off it won't turn on unless I keep it unplugged pretty much overnight. When the computer is on it works completely fine. If any one has any ways I can solve this it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Replace the power supply if the computer is a desktop computer
