My pc freezes when i play any game

So my pc freezes in any game. in game menu everything is fine but when I start to play my pc just freezes arround 2-10 minutes mark. I reinstalled my windows and helped little bit but after 3 weeks same happend. without games pc works well

Inter(R) core(TM)2 duo CPU 6750 @ 2,66hz
Ram 4,00 GB
Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT.
and the games are like GTA 4, world of warcraft -mist of pandaria and dota 2. in past pc runned these games fine. I had this problem before it was half year ago I remember I reinstalled windows and fixed. But now it happend agian and windows reinstall dosent work. after reinstall I added new hard disk but I dont think this is a problem all drivers is updated.

That 9800GT is getting old now. Have you cleaned all the dust out of it and it might even need new thermal paste applied
