My PC won't play videos or music or play games

So I was playing cs go and I was conecting to a server butt then it stoped loading and my pc didnt show nothing butt the loading screen so I pressed ctrl + alt + delete and restarted my pc butt after I returnd cs go didnt work videos didnt play and music didnt play. can you plese help me!

Try powering down PC, Router and Modem. Wait a minute. Power up Modem. Wait for all green. Power up Router. Give it another minute. Power up PC and try to use it.
