Its not work in the registry key like regedit in run.I have Dial up and VPN LAN network and I do not find some keys.

So you have 'dial up' internet. What is the 'speed' of your connection? Would your issue be resolved with a faster connection? Could there be an issue with your local connection to your ISP?
