My router only redirects to its log in page

I have DIR 615 and it just won't work. It says the cable is connected, a network is established, and the internet light is solid green. However, when I try to get into any website, it only redirects me to its login page. I have other router and that one works just fine, so the modem is completely functional. Any suggestions?

How are you controlling the Redirection -- the precise setting being used?
