I see "Name not available" in the mixer but there is no sound coming from it. Also it disappeared soon after.

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the cause. Malwarebytes have been picking this up and blocking it for the past few days.

Sorry for the last reply, and yes it keeps coming back everyday after I delete it.

Reset Chrome...
Click on "Customize and control Google Chrome":

Click "Settings" then "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the screen.
Click "Reset browser settings" button.
Restart Chrome.

If that doesn't help...

Reinstall Chrome...

How to Backup Bookmarks in Google Chrome

• Click Programs and Features.
• Double-click Google Chrome.

Install fresh copy.
