Solved Name not available in sound mixer

/watching videos make multiple internet explorer in sound mixer goes away later. This occurred later after the combo fix scan.
/Solved the idt pc audio problem.
/computer might still be remotely controlled even in safe mode
/In order to complete system restore I still need to disable antivirus. Had to system restore since I messed with files after the fix.

Sorry for my English and I still think my computer might contain a Trojan, spyware, viruses what ever it is. My computer seems to be running smoothly since I made a new user and deleted everything on my old user with virus, useless programs, etc. This new user was created before I posted on this site. Thank you for your support.

/Two wmiprvse.exe one started by system the other network both in computer, c:, windows, system 32, wbem. The one started by network only starts when I reboot the computer
/Idt audio control panel now starts up and no longer gives 2 process
