Need 2gb graphics card compatible with Asus Essentio CM5675-07 motherboard.

From what I can tell, that particular system uses Intel's H55 chipset in the motherboard. That means it has one PCI Express v2.0 slot for an add-in graphics card.
So you can add almost any card to that system, although if it needs more than 75W of power, you'll need an extra power cable or two (to hook it up to the power supply unit).
However, getting any graphics card for under 30 bucks at the moment is extremely difficult and those that are available for that price are going to be very old. You can get Nvidia GeForce GT730s for around $40 on the likes of eBay but if you're planning on gaming with it, you may well be rather disappointed (as they're notoriously rubbish).
As for compatible CPUs, here's what the H55 chipset supports:

Prices won't stabilise until supply is better, and that's going be a problem for at least another 6-8 months.
