Need help booting up

Everytime I start my PC,it beeps like crazy and I get a black screen where I have to choose to either start windows Vista or choose memory diagnostics.... I have done a factory restore and I still have this problem.. I can click on Vista and it will do fine but it is annoying that it is not booting up like it should....

Two Beeps : POST/CMOS Error
One Long Beep, One Short Beep : Motherboard Problem
One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps : Video Problem
One Long Beep, Three Short Beeps : Video Problem
Three Long Beeps : Keyboard Error
Continuous Hi-Lo Beeps : CPU Overheating
Repeated Long Beeps : Memory Error.
