Need help - removed virus, lost file explorer

Have spent many hours to this point, downloading and running the recommended anti-malware and other utilities, supposedly got rid of the Vundo virus, but some parts appear to be still appearing in the antivirus scans. I currently cannot use Google search, or open My Computer, or access any drives. I suspect Vundo is in control still. Attached is a hijackthis log.
