Did anything get changed as a result of this because the computer seems to be the same as before and I'm still seeing the same kind of lag and interruption in opening webpages and especially when streaming any video.
 
Actually, the problem whatever it was, seems to have gotten worse because I can't access my Wi-Fi in normal mode anymore, although I can if I'm in Safe Mode. I also don't experience the same lag when I'm in Safe Mode that I do when in normal mode.
