Need help with Stop message

So, my computer started to reboot automatically....i went into safe mode and took off auto restart so I could see the problem....
It says:

What should I do?

there is nothing more to it...after that it just says beginning dump of physical memory physical memory dump complete.

have you recently installed new hardware?

verify that your ram and video card are seated properly. use memtest to verify that your ram is good.
